Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items Only
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team Within 7 days after receiving item via email email@example.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
** Please note all items are inspected and photographed before being shipped to ensure that we are covered on our end and to make sure that you receive the best quality items possible.
** We are not responsible for any damages or delays during delivery ***
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, refunds will be issued via store credit only. We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
** Please review size chart to buy correct size for yourself. Due to Covid -19 there are no refunds if you purchase The incorrect size. Please see size chart for additional help**
We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.
Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post marked delivery!
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.
We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.
